COL FINAL REPORT BY RI SECRETARY GENERAL

Dear Club Presidents, Assistant Governors and all Country and District Officers,

I am attaching the official COL conclusion report by the RI Secretary General Ed Futa and request you to kindly share the same with the Rotary Clubs in your area. Please circulate this to all your Club members and share the same with Rotaractors. Going through the material gives a fantastic insight into the meaning and content of Rotary, besides the thinking and working of those on the ground.

I have previously distributed my personal comments and my position taken in respect of the various amendments and resolutions. I have also posted that communication on the district website, all immediately after the conclusion of the event.

Now the final comprehensive report from the headquarters. This is due to the fact that all the changes in form of enactments come into effect on the 1st July 2010. The Manual of Procedure for 2010 (applicable then for 3 yeas till the next COL in 2013) will still be going into print. In the meantime the new rules/changes apply all the same.

Please revert in the event you may have any queries.

I will request the Country Chairs to please assist in the forwarding of this mail to the clubs within their countries since there is always an issue of not having all the required emails, or the wrong and incorrect ones!
