DISTRICT GOVERNOR'S OFFICIAL ITINERARY (KENYA)

Dear Club Presidents, Assistant Governors and all Country and District Officers,
I would humbly like to share with you the schedule for our Governor Stephen Mwanje's official visits to the Rotary Clubs in Kenya. Please circulate this to all your Club members, your Rotaract Clubs, Interact clubs, RCC and the Inner Wheel Clubs.
Please also note that a meeting is also scheduled for ALL the Country and District Officers at 9am on the November 20th 2010.
This date has been scheduled well in advance to ensure that all the officers attend as the Governor has expressed a special interest in meeting with them, so kindly share this with all the Country and District officers in your clubs.
Below, please find the guidelines for the preparation of these official club visits. The guidelines for the AGs, Country and District officers will be sent in due course.
