Payment & Registration Guidelines

• You can pay by cash, bank transfer, bank draft, creditcard, Mpesa or Airtel Money.

• Registration is subject to receipt of duly filled and signed registration form.
• Cancellations postmarked April 30, 2012 will receive a refund less US$50 processing fee.
• Cancellations or changes in registration must be in writing and will not be accepted after February 30, 2012.
• Important: It is advisable that hotel bookings are done through the Conference Registration Committee in order to secure discounted rates and to confirm bookings as per your preferred choice of accommodation venue. If you require any specific assistance, please refer to Accommodation Convener below. (Conditions for cancellation apply)
• 50% advance payment required to secure and ensure Hotel Booking Reservation. Rates may be subject to nominal variation at a later date, subject to hotel selection and date of registration.
• Transport from airport/ hotel (and return) will be coordinated by conference transport

Cash Payment

Full payment is due with the registration form.

Payment by cheque

Print and forward the form duly filled together with your cheque to the registration committee (see below).

Payment by telegraphic transfer
